全英国最大的商用真空电流铸模机问世

　   全英国最大的商用商用真空电流铸模机——MCP006今日由CRDM公司研制成功。该成型系统有效工作容积相当于两个MCP004，可提供一个700mm x 1000 x 2000mm的工作容腔或两个单独的工作容腔，可用于大型家用电器、家具以及如TVs和割草机等的大型PU部件成型，其中PU树脂可为多种类型，如GF Nylons、ABS、TPE、耐高压冲击型、耐高温型以及阻燃型等。此外，最终产品着色可以通过系统自动完成也可以借助vacuum metalising和electro-plating等辅助设备。

　　CRDM Limited in High Wycombe is proud to announce the company's latest acquisition of the largest commercially available vacuum casting system in the UK, the MCP006.
This machine is roughly the equivalent of two MCP004 systems joined together, and can be used as one large chamber measuring 700mm x 1000 x 2000mm or two individual chambers.
The arrival of the MCP006, in addition to the existing MCP004 and MCP001, means that CRDM now offers the largest capacity vacuum casting service available in the UK.
　　The large tool-size capacity of the MCP006 is perfect for large PU components for automotive interior and exterior trim, white goods, furniture and large electrical appliances like TVs and lawn mowers.
　　Production finishes and colours can be incorporated through the casting process itself or post applications like vacuum metalising and electro-plating. Colours can be specified by RAL, Pantone NSC or even a coloured sample, and surface condition by VDI, Mold-tech or again by a physical sample. A whole range of PU resins are available designed to mimic most thermoplastics. These range from GF Nylons, ABS, TPE, high impact, high temperature and flame retardant resins. Vacuum casting is the ideal interim development stage before production tooling, for producing quick components for exhibitions, marketing, pre-production builds and prototyping.
